Wendy Navarro, Owner Saige Nicoles
I am a 40 year old woman, a business owner, entrepreneur, mother of 3 and wife. My passion for business and creative thinking was obvious since the time I was a little girl when I would knock on my neighbors doors selling pictures I had drawn or colored for $0.25. My adult life took me on many career paths from cosmotologist to retail manager, to leadership development specialst; all the while trying my hand at crafty entrepreneureal avenues. Finally landing at my destination as a business owner (visit my on-line boutique at www.saigenicoles.com), I tap into the skills and knowledge I gained in my experiences to make what I do meaningful for me, my family and my customers.
I thrive on being inventive and creative in pursuing my passion for Saige Nicoles and creating a destination where women want to shop. I am humbled by the many talented and creative individuals I meet almost daily and I am thrilled to be able and support those talents in my store.
I am a strong believer in supporting and encouraging others to pursue their passions.
I believe that in my lifetime we will find a cure for breast cancer and have committed to help that happen by donating to research efforts. It is my prayer, that my daughter will never face breast cancer or have to see another woman suffer through this horrible disease.
I chose the name Saige Nicoles because: 1. it is my daughter’s name and is beautiful 2. it is strong and powerful, yet soft and feminine. Saige (Sage) – wise and discreet, Nicole – power of the people.
